Even though I didn't reach my weight goal for this week, my fitness still improved greatly. For that, I am grateful. And I didn't gain any weight over the holidays. Wahoo!

Had a rest day from healthy lifestyle as I went a road trip to Canberra. I had raisin toast at Robertson & skim chai latte lunch raw fish entree pork belly, tea dinner - tazaki dip and small nachos, skim cappuccino also had a Gaytime ice cream - went for a little walk around the Lake and walk around the Art Gallery. Back to it today. Will watch what I eat today and walk this afternoon
