I am not receiving stickK notifications

If you are not receiving stickK notification emails, first check your notification settings. Your notification settings are located within the "Preferences" tab under "Account Settings." 

If you have reviewed your notification settings and are still not receiving stickK emails, you should:

  • Check your spam/junk email filter
  • Add "web@stickk.com" to your email account's safe sender list
  • Contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider) to make sure they are not blocking traffic from "web@stickk.com"

Please contact us if the issue persists.

I keep receiving email notifications that I don't want.

You can prevent any and all emails from being sent to you by adjusting your notification settings located within "Account Settings."

What if there is a typo in my email address, or I registered with the wrong email?

To edit the email address associated with your account, simply log into your account with the email address you used to register (typos and all!) and click "Account Settings" - then click on the "Account Info" tab here and edit away!
