Another way to do it is to tape record it as you are going through the thinking process. That way, you don't need to organize sentences and make references. Any note you want to make to yourself just say it in the recording. I can get tapes and a recorder for you if you don't have it. love, Adamom

Ada, A short report is better than none. If you just read for a couple of hours on the subject, summarize what you read, even in bullet point format, is a report. It doesn't have to be a 5-hour work or a formally written report. The effect of touching the subject over time is amazing. On the other hand, not touching it will add tremendous pressure as time goes on. To keep up with it, i.e. is to touch it. If you don't even have time to touch it, for the sake of your health, you may also consider putting the whole project in the back burner. It cannot be more important than your health. love, Adamom

The goal is 5 hrs, even if you've spent an hour, just summarize in short sentences with bullet points what's been done (so that next time you'll pick up from there or review your strategy/thinking again from there) to keep the journal going so as see the progression over time. This contract should work as a reminder to allow time for writing and should not be adding stress to yourself. A little bit at a time helps the thinking going.

Adamom can also cook dinner at least once per week for Ada to save her some time to relax.

I didn't actually complete the goal, but Brandon is allowing me a "mulligan" because I had 3 hospital appointments in this week span. I will commit to make up this time later...
