Hi there luxsum... I'm on this journey with you now! I'm going for a vegan diet... not so organised yet to do the whole lifestyle... but the diet is a great start! Stay on track with me and the rewards are there... the rewards to you, to the environment, and to the animals :-) Feel great about this... it is a good thing! |
