It's time... we leave thursday morning for Disney, I've trained and I'm ready. Two training days last week. Time to get it.

A good week with 9.4 miles in. I am in full body maintenance mode. My legs and feet are both sore. Time to switch to the elliptical to avoid injury before travel.

At this point it is becoming body management. Easy week to recover from the long run. Upcoming week will be another long week.

Great run on sunday for 8.3 miles. 2.1 miles on tuesday. No run on thursday due to schedule issues. Making great progress towards my final goal.

I trained 1 out of 3 days due to a physical issue. Starting to worry but I'll make it work!!

I am officially back on it. Total of 6 miles which is under the projected, but I still got my run in for three days and stayed in target
