Didn't make it. Didn't walk. Didn't get all the weight off. Bummed. Working on doing it again and again until I succeed.

Day 3 SmoothieS: WOW

I've totally committed to only making and drinking smoothies that taste GREAT. And I'm DEFINITELY learning how to do that!

Made a base out of Penny and Ray's leftover fiber from juicing and some other stuff -), then made *3* GREAT juices (2 great and one really good) using 1 jar of that base (cuz it was bland and kinda yucky):

1) SWEET
apple:: 1
beet, striped:: 1/4

2) VEGGIE (OMG, sooooo good!)
dill:: 1 teaspoon
garlic:: 2 cloves
ginger:: 1 knob
lemon:: 4 bits, with peel
spinach:: 3 oz.
tomato:: 1

3) MELLOW, SUBTLE (the mid and late flavours are great nothing up front):

cayenne:: 1/16 teaspoon
celery:: 1 stalk with leaves
garlic:: 1 clove
lemon:: 4 bits
pine nuts:: 1 tablespoon
spinach:: 3 oz.
summer squash:: 3 1/8 spears

water:: 1 cup

EXERCISE::
jump_ 01:: 5 minutes

Yesterday I was groggy as hell. And I woke up late after 8 hours of REALLY deep sleep. What was the most cool was that I woke up AWAKE!! And I haven't had coffee in days...

I am chilled AND I know that's part of the detox process. LOTS of water will get me through.

banana, frozen:: 1/4 cup
beet, striped:: 1/2
clementine:: 1
cucumber, no peel:: 1/3
flax seed:: 1/4 cup
grapes:: 60
seed protein:: 1/4 cup
