"Early to Bed, Early to rise..." I commit to:
Waking up every morning at 6:30 am. I beleive that starting the day early leads to a more productive day for me. Monday through Friday it is mandatory. If it is the weekend I have to get out of bed for at least 15 minutes at 6:30am before I am allowed to fall back asleep. I want to do this on the weekends to maintain my sleep schedule.
