Sick for a couple of days this weekend and that probably contributed to low weight because not as much appetite. Wgt with clothing at my annual exam yesterday was 121.5 so this is real. Also getting extra exercise chasing Jonah and mopping up the flooding in the basement!

I ate a little heavier and had some dessert last night. Weight was before a BM that has been waiting to come out for a couple of days. I had Steve check the actual reading 3 times

This is so easy, if I make it down to 120 lbs, I will change my maintenance weight goal
