Yes, this was the right decision. Turns out I didn't even have all the right software installed...

OK, so I've decided to make a minor change to my goal for this challenge. The course I picked turns out to be too advanced for what I can do with my knowledge. I didn't realize that I skipped two courses when I set this up. Rather than completing the rest of the Build a Simple Ruby on Rails Application course, I'm going to instead complete the Ruby Foundations course. It's a similar length, and the Ruby Application course builds on this foundation.

So I screwed something up in my application, and I can't get it to launch. I emailed Treehouse to see if they could help me figure out what I did wrong. But for now I'm stuck until they get back to me. I'm still ahead of schedule for completion. For this week, I'll have to fix the bug that's fucking me, finish last week's work, then do this week's work.
