"eat less crap" I commit to:
eating less foods that have empty calories and fat. These include sugary drinks, candy, chips,sweets, soda,- at the same time I should eat healthy fruits and vegetables, salad,as long as it isnt overly processed and heavy..
What they are so good. Whole fooods but they are cheaper at trader joes. Its like eating candy. But they have fiber. You can also try detox teas. Im thinking of doing the same

Have you considered eating dried mango strips without the added sugar or dried pineapple.
