lots of physio, rmt & getting back into the swing of things, took time to enjoy the sunshine and appreciate the little things, great day of shopping at farmer's market + dog walks, great studio session, getting focussed on priorities, looking forward to a great week - tons of organizing to do, strategizing for biz + getting myself on track for achieving the goals I set for myself

sadly had an injury this week that prevented me from doing anything but work. Looking forward to the upcoming week, seeing pam hands, eating right, and getting back on track!

It's been one of those weeks. Having said that: long walk with Dina round SP, walks to GI, pilates x 1, lovely salmon from FO, lots of work at Clinic + Studio, got skis so now can enjoy my pass, getting organized with remaining taxes is all good, transfer done to Ana, reading GorillaFood

walking & pilates. still need to commit to me a bit more. busy times at work which is great. painted studio last weekend and got taxes sorted - yay!

Was active (still not quite daily but almost there), lots of great studio stuff happening and feeling more committed to the biz side of things, doing some networking, enjoying the creative side of studio work through pinterest-ing and blogging, got new linens and covers made for the house (freshens things up considerably), taking on more patients, allowing myself to be excited about things vs taking them on as an 'extra' to be time-managed. working well

new studio towels (clients love this), organizing to have painting party for studio, walks with RT to get outside & soak in Vit D, catch up with dear friends, lots of healthy eats, heaps of work

Pilates + dog walks, finding local seminars w constant contact, lots of yummy locally grown kale and new recipes, catching up with friends to connect about biz needs/ideas/for support

Shopped at the local Farmer's market, green kale smoothy 3xs this week, researched a paleo diet and getting ready to start, walking each day, pilates, reading 'the power goal system', addressed a few outstanding studio issues that I had been avoiding and resolved them
