Back hitting the weights and swimming, added evening cardio and abs. Diet getting better. Very slight pain from injury going slow but GOING! Back on track

starting to lift again still eating well and doing cardio, ready to crank it up! but i tried to do a pushup and couldnt :( but will be able to soon

swimming and treadmill.. still no weights still some pain

started swimming again, shoulder /back still hurts but getting back on track. still no weights yet taking my time so not to be re-injured

couldint work out back/neck pain took the week off

injured my back inflamed and pinched nerve have to take at least a week off, no swimming no weights just light walking , going to a chiropractor

still doing well, need to turn it up a notch with the diet, personal trainer is working on a "do-able" diet for me
