yesterday Good day- Dinner Chicken salad 2 light beers Today protein drink, chicken salad with kidney beans. Power chest workout....metabolic session later today

good day....until evening. Chicken salad....extra chicken...mc rib...1/2 bread no sauce. Then finished Drakes pasta.... one small cup of cereal. Need to cut that out!
