Lately my interests have revolved around bike riding and writing. I intend to enter a bik race next fall and need to get in better shape to complete it.

Wasn't able to do much by way of exercising. Eating was pretty good, but next week should be great.

I was able to do some strength training and minor cardio. I did eat pretty well too. I need to focus in more but it has been hard with my thoughts drifting elsewhere.
