past couple days have been good. Went hard on legs/back and ran and did abs today!

Day 4/90. Yoga. Felt good, little stiff/tight though. Supposed to do back/legs tomorrow with lane and sarah so that should go good.

Day 3 complete. 3/90. Went hard on the arms. weighed in at 207# this morning. Will keep working on that.
