I commit to sticking to my dietary goals. I completed a cut and got to the level of leanness as seen in my display picture and then took a planned two week diet break which kind of turned into a few week one. I aim to now bulk sticking to the macros I have set strictly to ensure I gain lean muscle, not fat.
