| Just made it by the hair of my chin / in the nick of time. No exercise this week, while recovering from my lingering cold. Ate half-way (but very) sensible meals. Can probably only accredit this minor miracle to an (inadvisable) last-minute attempt to lose weight rapidly. | |

| Only "succeeded" due to 24-hour starvation diet of ice water. Seem to be stuck in the 70-kg. range. Need to up the effort. Or actually make an effort. | |
