| I reported 5 instead of 6 days because I wasn't sure going around campus was considered exercising... The big question is what is the minimum required number of amount of exercise? I'm thinking 20 minutes... Let's keep it that way... | |

| Saturday the ninth of November, did at least 40 minutes of exercising at the gym by my townhouse. A variety of different weight lifting and cardio on the treadmill. Sunday and Monday afraid to exercise for fear of being dizzy. But Monday (today) I did walk up and down the stairs and around campus--does that count??? | |
