I did this - I did 3 sets of 3 exercises 3x this week - it was only 5-10 mins a time but it's a start:)

Its hard to fit it in! Yesterday I wanted to watch teh bachelor, so I put it in my laptop, put in my earbuds and walked the whole time LOL. I did the moves from teh leslie sansone walking dvd. not great exercise, but better than my doing nothing.

I tried to find an online workout one morning but no luck and then it was too late, I should probably think about hooking up the dvd player and trying to do pilates or yoga at night or a 20 min workout in the AM, something is better than nothing - also thought about just doing one body part a day while I watch tv at night - like 3 sets of 12 of 3 exercises for arms/legs/butt/abs/chest LOL, kind of a slacker plan to do it while watching tv LOL
