| I am working but I am slipping behind. I need a better plan to stay on track. I probably need to get out of the house and go to the library where there are no family interruptions. I will try that next week and schedule the time. | |

| So, far I have studied 45 minutes this morning. I set the timer for 45 minutes and made a reward of visiting a website that I wanted to check out when I was done. I did not do anything else for 45 minutes. I was much more focused than I am normally. I did not do the usual intermittent web surfing that takes me so far away from studying that I end up getting nothing done. I accomplished 2 pages of notes. | |
