You didn't do it! Come on, just one day? You were watching TV and could have exercised during or instead of. Try better next week.

Even though your time hasn't started yet, you have met your weekly goal! 20 minutes of yoga at home, 40 minutes of WiiFit, and then 1 hour yoga class. That yoga class was hard! Keep telling yourself that that discomfort, pain, and failure is all in your mind. Your body is an asset and should be nurtured. Do not take it for granted, because you won't always have it working well.

You can do it! Start off with 2 days a week. Figure out a few short term measurable goals and keep increasing them.
