This week I started tech rehearsals and was able to go to the gym everyday. I'm bow going to start building more muscle. Have started maximuscle Cyclone and increasing my resistance training. Side note: Went for a run and noticed that my cardiovascular system is really good. Going to keep up the diet and high intensity training

Working in Liverpool. Had a 5 day food binge in Dublin and lost body fat 2 days after returning. Similes to carb day weight fluctuations. Joined the gym and going to start putting on more muscle

Putting on a little more muscle. Abs more defined than ever. Having a 5 day diet holiday then right back into it
