Slightly revisiting this goal. Food needs to be decided for the weekdays - done for this week. Clothes I will plan just the night before as weather is v. unpredictable at the moment. Doing well so far this week. Exercise - I can plan this but the issue is follow through... done for this week now |

| Not on Sunday as DH was away and I was tired after the trip. But planning on doing it Monday daytime, have decided it counts if final today. | |
