| Now you're at the crucial weight that is VERY VERY hard to get under (with our genetic weight background). So don't throw in the towel.......make some BIG change and stick to it, whatever that may be. Eating after 8 pm? Not doing a 30-minute walk every day? (Remember Leslie Sansone Walking Part 1 - very easy to follow. I do it twice because I don't like the music in Part 2!) And do a few Tapping Sessions with YouTube videos to relieve some stress. | Now I am finally at the point where going below this point will really be hard. I find even if I do get below this number it's extremely hard to maintain. One slip and I end up back at our "family" weight. | |
