otcarey commits to:
I commit to eating whole grains, proteins, vegetables and fruits. I will limit dining out and sweets/desserts to special occasions (birthdays/anniversaries--not general get togethers) except when ordering exclusively whole foods. I will exercise for a minimum of 240-minutes weekly. I will track my food and exercise daily.
