| I admit - there were times that I felt like giving up. It\'s like my workouts were useless. But thank God because I didn\'t stop. I didn\'t have any secret. It\'s a miracle that I still have the strength and the will to keep going. And I thank God for that. Prayers are really strong. Even if you can\'t carry your body to go to the gym, the passion and the faith inside you will ignite more thus pushing you to do more... to do your best. It\'s really really really hard. But imagine yourself 6 months or even 6 weeks from now. It\'s going to be so worth it! Just believe! | |

| It's okay to slow down just as long as you won't stop. Keep going. Keep running. You're a day closer to your goal than yesterday. :) | |

| So, I got successful. All the hard work is worth it. It maybe just a little for you, but for me, it's more than enough. The weight I lost is important, but the fact that I kept showing up at the gym and disciplining myself is more important. When you have the will to reach your goal, nobody can stop you. I feel that I'm gonna have a breakthrough now and tonorrow and the days to come. I believe you will, too. | |

| I said I will start dieting and exercising to lose weight. But it wasn't enough. You know what's lacking? ACTION! If you want to do something, do it NOW. Write it on your daily schedule. Make it a routine. It may not be fast but it is the sure way to maintain it and not gain it back. So, yes, I am starting now. I hope you are, too. You can do it. I know you can.
