I'm committing to exercise 5x a week, at least 30 minutes in duration. Today: Insta Pop DVD - had to stop after 35 minutes when Grace woke up from a nap with a fever. Wanted to continue with her "exercising" with me on the playmat but she wasn't having any of it. But goal was achieved so there's that. |
