7 weeks of commitment to my goal are over. Only three weeks more to go.
I was quite determined last week. Way more than the week before. I had my 5 workouts - even though that was very hard. And my diet followed the meal plan. Well done! Good job!

Well, only four more weeks left. So far I am still on track - more or less I have to add. I am still sticking to my workout plan, but I have cheated a bit on my diet. But that will change now. I promise to start my final spurt to the finishing line right here and now. Four weeks of giving everything, of devoting myself completely to my goal.

Yeah: I am half way through. I made it through 50% of the program. I am so very proud that I am still on track. That is gorgeous.

Week four is over. I am so very proud. Again, I have had 5 workouts during this week. And again, I managed to stick to the meal plan on all days of this week. I did not cheat at all!!! Gorgeous!
