I'm really proud of my self its been a tough journey some days i had to go late at night because i missed the morning session and the day was really hectic but i hung in there and made it 8 weeks going 5 days a week. I'm really proud that i didn't miss a day. I also learnt that consistency is key to anything in life and i'm really starting to see some good results. To the next challenge |

Started a new routine, had some good workouts however i over lifted and hurt my back with meant i couldn't go as hard in the remaining 3 days as my back really hurt, however i stuck in there and did my workouts |

Stuck to my schedule, missed one day during the week due to having lab, but made up for it on the weekend. |

Another week down, i really didn't feel like going to the gym this week, however i think stickk pushed me to go 5 times, I just made it as i missed 2 days during the week so i had to go both saturday and sunday |
