I ate a LOT of wheat this weekend. We were moving and it was high stress and little time to try to eat right. I need to be careful

Continued to avoid wheat. I have weighed around 210, not 208 but I weighed 208 this morning. I've been drinking a lot of caffeine the last few weeks which may contribute to the weight loss
