I commit to the principles, tactics, and strategies outlined in Tim Ferriss's book, The 4-Hour Body. I commit to becoming the best me that I can be. To constantly strive for improvement and to never settle for any plateaus.
This includes: -Slow-carb Diet -Exercise routine as outlined in "The Perfect Posterior" If it's in the book, I'm following it. Plain and Simple. I'll start slow with things I can do now, such as diet and exercise, and implement supplements and other things over time.
