Dietary Plan~
Drink 1 cup of green tea a day
Eat fruit
Eat healthy dinner
Drink water

Do not eat after 8:00pm
No coffee, fizzy drinks and fast food or sweets

Work Out
Eat break fast
And then exercise
Warm up
Stretches
Splits side, and front
Arm stretches
Inner thigh stretch
High kicks
Boxer jumps
Skipping rope for 5 mins
Leg stretches
Back stretches

Warm up
Easy work out
500 jumping jacks
Skipping rope
Jog house 10 times
Practice takewondo kicks punches

Real work out
200 jumping jacks
50 squats...up 20 everyday until you get to 500
25 real push ups
25 girl push ups
5 planks do it for as long as you can
5 side planks each side

Do way work out
And then move in to stretches to cool down

If have nothing to do during the day
300-500 jumping jacks
Skipping rope
Jog on spot
Jog around house 15 times
Practice takewondo dance moves
Stretches
50 squats
25 push ups
25 gurl push ups
5 planks
5 side planks each side

Night work out
Stretches
Boxer jumps
5 planks
5 side planks
20 squats
25 gurl push ups
500 jumping jacks
Jog on spot for 5 mins
Stretches
Kicks
