| These past 4 days I have failed to stop masturbating and stop smoking pot. Smoking weed is the major problem. When I get high all of the bad habits come back. Today I'm a new man. I mean that. I have changed. I deserve the best and I deserve the life that I want to live. I see my future and masturbating and smoking pot and eating unhealthy is not apart of it. I imagine beautiful girls, a tremendous growth in intelligence and a successful music career. I need to show people that it's fun and better to be healthy. People Ned to realize and I'll show them. They are rooting for me. The whole world is rooting for me. | |

| Yesterday I smoked pot and masturbated in the shower. I also didn't eat healthy. So far today I haven't eaten much so when I get home I'm going to cook a good lunch. I'm going to start to precommit to my healthy habits | |
