lasinning commits to:
I commit to increasing my daily water intake. Increasing my daily water intake is defined as drinking 64 ounces of water a day. Other beverages can be had throughout the day, however these do not count towards the 72 ounces of water. If I do not drink the 72 ounces of water each day for 5 week days, I am not allowed to go out to dinner and have my glass of wine on Friday evening.

| I have been successful and have even dropped all of my reinforcement for the goal.I guess that means I've completely faded my rewards and generalize the skill :-) | |

| Boo. I think I should have given myself some wiggle room, such as between 40 - 72 ounces. I have come to the conclusion that I just drink too much coffee. If I didn't drink coffee, I would drink a ton more water. I actually have now realized that the only beverages I do drink are water, coffee and a bit of wine at the end of the week. Mostly, though, it's coffee. I should've made my plan "Decrease Coffee Intake" instead of "Increase Water Intake". | |

| I did it. The Starbucks coffee as a reward in the morning really helped out a lot. Waiting a whole week for my consequence was too long. I am happy to say I also cut down on about 2 cups of coffee per day. | |
