I completed my commitment and reached my goal!!!! I will continue to eat healthier, exercise, and lose more weight to reach my next goal of 130lbs. The main diet change I made for myself was to eat in moderation and choose vegetables over potatoes as a side. I noticed I don't crave sweets like before and have more energy!

Did not have a successful week...went out to eat twice this week and made poor choices..ready to get back on track this week!
