| 1 month raw. yay! i did have quite a bit of fat this past week. but, im a little surprised by how easy this has been compared to in the past. this week coming i will not eat olives. and i will not eat anyh overt fats during the week, cause i will be going for a dinner on sat night, just in case there is fat in there | |
