Another good week with a 3 pounds lost! I even had to contend with my birthday in which I did splurge. I continued to write down in my journal what I ate and left extra points for Sunday which was my birthday dinner. I find that writing everything down is what really helps to keep me on track. This week will be interesting with the holiday, but I will save some extra points for Thursday so I can indulge and not feel like I am depriving myself on this occasion. |

This was a great week! I lost 3 pounds and stuck to my diet for the week. Writing everything down really helped to keep me on track. I am continuing this week to be diligent about writing down things as soon as mealtime is over. If not, I tend to get distracted and forget to record and sometimes even forget what I ate! I am on track so far and hope to keep it up. |
