| I did more things right this week on my diet, except for some delicious whole wheat dinner rolls. Just enough for a large family. They didn't go to waste and I'm now paying for it in more ways than one. Chalk up another 20 spot for the right wing. You guys really rock, according to my flabby middle. Spend it foolishly please. | |

| I weighed less last week, but StickK apparently took into consideration the fluctuations that can take place. Still, I have managed to squeek by, by a tenth of a pound. Yay!!!! | |
