2)Exercise for mind & body – daily walk 3.2 miles+ (10,000+ steps) 3x strength training 1 boot camp style workout 3)Sleep 6-7 hours per night 4)Work no more than 6 days 5)Practice asking for what I need 6)Practice letting go, giving up control over things that aren’t mine to control

| This week I really had to get back to basics and fight for. I am applying the 90% rule and commending myself for sticking to clean eating and my exercise plan during lots of travel and upsets to the schedule. I did not get in the boot camp workout this week but I'm planning on my first ever Zumba class tomorrow on Thanksgiving morning. | |

| This was a tough week with lots of emotional struggles and I was not perfect on the plan. I struggled with emotional eating/binging at 2 meals of the 7 days, but I got back on track the next meal in each case and finished the week strong. Actually lost 4 lbs though that is not the primary focus or goal. This was definitely a 80-90% on week. I'm calling it a win but want to be even more steadfast this week. | |
