Yeah! Just hit 12 hours. By mixing meditation and hypnosis techniques, I was able to meet my goal.

I've meditated 5:34, 12 days left to go. Will need to meditate 23 minutes a day (including weekends). The guided meditation videos on youtube are really helpful.

I've meditated a total of 3 hours so far. 22 days left to go - would need to do 20 minutes a day (including weekends). Turning out to be much harder than I planned!
