"Study 8 hours on days off"
I commit to:

Study 8 hours per day on days I am off, and not access the Internet during this time unless necessary for a clarification. I will take no more than 15 minutes off every 45 to 60 minutes, that count towards study time. Also I will access my email and facebook maximum twice per day: once in the morning and once in the afternoon, unless there is a clear urgent need that might mean financial or personal loss. I can interrupt my contract if I travel or have to attend an event.
