Hey, great work this week! I'm glad to hear it's going well. That's rough about your fiance (!)...lifestyle changes can be exciting though. :) Good luck to you both!!

thank you & now we have to do a total lifestyle change because my fiance' could've died lst week he has a family history of heart disease & Sunday morning I had to rush him to the ER cause of chest pains after what they found he is very lucky to be alive he's only 38 so we are now changing everything I'm in great shape but I don't make him work out with me but now he's going to

I think your strategy is brilliant. Instead of just RESISTING smoking, you're replacing one habit with another. And it looks as though you're making steady progress! Totally inspiring. :)
