Being organised keeping track of food and planning ahead in advance. Putting out clothes the night before and keeping house more organised helps with daily routines. Will start to get up 10 mins earlier each morning until I have n hour free for excercise! |

I have been eating well from a range of planned pre peeped meals and started to fit excercise in to my routine. I am feeling really positive about being leaner and fitter and leader an active lifestyle! |

After a false start I have prepared for week 2 by;
Batch cooking healthy meals and began following slimming world's principles to achieve a balanced attitude towards food.
I have cut sugar from my diet and begun a daily 15 minute exercise routine by completing Davina fit in 15.
I am recovering from my cold and already feel more energized and clear headed from changes with diet and exercise.
I have bought a tumble dryer to be more organised with washing and ironing clothes. I plan to sort out old items next week after my essay is complete.
To say that I am approaching a deadline for uni work I am feeling more in control of balancing my commitments and achieving a healthy lifestyle :-)
