JeremyStein commits to:
I will eat only one dessert per week. It will be a maximum of 400 calories. I'm allowed to carry over at most one dessert by abstaining the previous week.
The rest of the time, I will not eat any sweets (including artificial sugar). This includes diet soda, protein bars with sugar or artificial sweetener, sweetened dried fruit, and trail mix that includes chocolate, and jam or jelly. Whole fruit is fine. Dishes that have a small amount of sugar as an ingredient are OK if not a dessert.
