Day 24: woke up for body pump and probably did my heaviest weights yet. Happy with the workout but still having issues controlling the food I eat at the office :( have to stop eating any of that candy but it's so harrrrd. Anyway, I think I'm back on track after my workout rut but I need to combine with stricter food habits. |

Day 23: was so close to being a baby and not working out - inconsistency is the killer! But I made the decision to just do it, and I was really glad I did. I went to spin a Went hard, even though my favorite teacher was subbed out! And then came back and did a 14 minute an and arms workout to some good tunes. Paid off when Dan came home and caught me! I didn't think he'd be home for a while. It's NICE to get caught doing good things right!!! |

Day 22: Ugh I am so bad at working out on Monday evening! I need to start doing something Monday morning. I've devised a plan to do a workout at home and just go to work a little later, stay a little later so I can get some sleep on monday morning and still get a morning workout. Goal for next week will be to make this happen!! |

Day 21: did an 8 or 9 mile hike with Dan. Different kind of workout. Sort of counts I suppose. Challenging but not in the same way as an intense workout. Legs definitely tired after all is done! It was the most beautiful and warm day for a February day.... |
