| It`s interesting how this has played out. I LOVE the fact that cravings for sugars now have virtually disappeared and that I really haven`t had any bites of the things I sat out to avoid. I happy for this. For multiple reasons. And this goes way beyond just not eating crap... It shows me I can get things done... If I want to. If i dare to truly, genuinely show up. And lead. I can accomplish anything. Guess THAT`S the biggest lesson. Stickk has proved to be the best little helper I didn`t know i needed. I did. And I`m grateful. I`m signing off now. It`s been a great ride! One for deep reflection at some point.... But now. Coffee hehehe... See you suddenly! Ken | |

| I did rock it this week as well... Still dealing with some mental hiccups though since I find myself eating healthy alternatives to crap on the normal times for past indulgence. But that`s aiight... Better and better. Approved hahaha... Let`r rocke one more week! I`m game! | |

| Still going strong. Working on the end of the day though... That`s the Achilles heel for sure! Those, I don`T know last four hours... damn. But it`s all good since overall the skip is on a great path. All for now... Love and rock & Roll And awesomeness. PeacE! | |
