tnortham commits to:
Launch 12 products per year. Each product lifecycle, from product selection to end of launch promotion, will take 10 weeks. I will need to be active in at least 2-3 products at any given time. Each week a significant action needs to be completed. Such actions are:
1.) Product selection, research, contacting suppliers and negotiation 2.) Creating a listing (photos, keyword research, copy) + Contracting a designer for packaging/labels 3.) Assessing Samples and Order 4.) Promotion Implementation

Ordered supplies for laser cutter from China, should arrive tomorrow. Created a list of products we would like to create, then have been preparing art files for the cutter so when the supplies come in I will be able to cut them out. Creating the art files requires using 3 programs, so it takes time. Last launch went really well, and continuing to be successful, placed order for more. |

Velocity giveaway gained decent success, ranked #1 for target keyword. Sales increased. Next attempt will be to target main keyword. Bought a very cool laser cutter, which will allow me to rapidly prototype new products to bring more products to market with no waiting on China, and no massive orders. Once I find what works, I will have China pick up the workload. Product images from photographer were crap. Had to take our own and edit them. Wasted money, lesson learned. |

Mini promotion netted us several reviews and making natural sales. Already on 1st page for main keyword organically. Created velocity giveaway. Created email chain for new product. Not much else was done due to death in family. |

First and Second items performing poorly. Worked with Joe to get PPC ads to help. Ran river cleaner on first and second product. Optimized listings Made optimization changes to product that Amazon received last week, already making 4 sales per day without any promotion. Started a mini promotion. Applied for, and created, Amozon Marketing Services ads. Not active yet, waiting for reviews. Finally finished website and placed products on it |
