Very committed this time. Have maintained my diet for four days running. Today/relax day Sunday will be a challenge as will my travels to Sealed Air Tuesday and Wednesday.

Poor excuse but had two days of seminars/training and I allowed myself to lose control eating those days, free good food. Really trying to get back on track now for next weekend's weigh in.

I've stuck to my 1250 cal/day or under for three dsys running now. I've been working out pretty consistently including adding in the stairmaster
