| I drank and ate terribly this weekend and last night with Mess, and it derailed me. I know this weight is partly water weight because of all the salt, but I wasn't weighing myself this week and I'm really disappointed. I didn't think it was possible to like gain this much back in a week. I need a brain transplant. I need to get in a better head space. | |
