| Here is to the 20th successful period. To be honest, I have not been counting the day, marking my excel spreadsheet, or doing any of that anymore. I know that I am free, and I know what things will get me into a state where I want more pleasure. Having control over what I do, and knowing how my actions impact other decisions is really important. That I do not struggle with pornography is one of the biggest blessings of my life. I am more confident around people, I know who I am, and I do not worry about 'I just pmoed' so...X. I am so thankful for this. It can be done, it has been done, and my life is so much better without it. On to find a partner! | |

| I made it to the end. This week has been fantastic, the more self-control I exercise in other areas of my life, the more I have ease with this (maybe my testosterone is low), but I can fix that later. Bye-bye addiction. | |

| Still going strong. Things are great, and my body and mind are both focused on the important things. I have definitely had to re-learn a whole lot, and totally change my thinking along the way, but WHOOO, do I feel alive and connected! | |
